At Grace Eleyae, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your silk or satin-lined products aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
